Surrogate Eligibility Requirements
We want surrogacy to be safe for everyone involved. Family Creations strives to protect everyone by establishing a rigorous selection process. Our surrogate qualifications include mental and physical health screenings to make sure you’re ready for pregnancy.
To start, you must be at least 21 years old and no older than 39 to participate in the surrogate program. Your body mass index must also be under 32. You cannot be a drug user or smoker, and you must have had at least one pregnancy without complications.
While there is financial compensation for becoming a surrogate, you are still required to prove financial stability with no reliance on government assistance.
What to Expect During the Surrogacy Process
One of the great things about working with Family Creations is that we will assign you an experienced case manager once your application has been approved. Your case manager will stay by your side throughout the whole surrogacy process from match until birth and beyond. You can turn to them for guidance and reach out to them with questions.
