Armed with nearly 20 years of experience in egg donor and surrogate arrangements and a heart full of compassion, Julia embarked on a mission to create a nurturing and supportive agency for hopeful parents, egg donors and surrogates alike.

Joann Haynes, Egg Donor Program Director

As Egg Donor Program Director, Joann guides each client through the donor matching process. She has a wealth of knowlege around our egg donor database to ensure that each client finds the perfect fit.
Originally from New York, Joann earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Society at SUNY College at Old Westbury and has taken subsequent courses to continue her education. She is the mother of two wonderful children.
Elizabeth Lloyd, Senior Surrogacy Case Manager

As a Surrogate Case Manager, Elizabeth walks surrogates and intended parents through every step of the surrogacy journey while being the central point of contact for all parties involved in the experience.
Elizabeth was born and raised in Southern California. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology at the University of California, Riverside. As an Egg Donor Case Manager, Elizabeth prides herself on her diligence, empathy, and integrity when guiding clients and donors through the entire donation process.
Ashley Neal, Egg Donor Coordinator

Ashley expertly guides prospective donors through the application and interview process. Family Creations is very selective in the donors they invite to join their program, and Ashely’s role is to facilitate the applications to ensure only the most qualified donors are approved. Only after Ashley personally interviews each prospective donor, are they invited to join Family Creations’ program.
Ashley does a fantastic job of getting to know each donor while assessing their maturity level and commitment to the process. Ashley educates each prospective donor about her responsibilities going forward in the process so each donor knows exactly what to expect once she is selected by Intended Parents. Ashley takes pride in her work and feels inspired by these incredible young women every day.
Stephanie Torres, Surrogate Case Manager

Stephanie was born and raised in Southern California, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at California State University, Chico. As a Surrogate Case Manager, Stephanie plays a key role in guiding surrogates and intended parents through every aspect of the surrogacy journey. With a background in working with children with autism, Stephanie found that she’s always had a passion for helping others. She prides herself in going above and beyond on ensuring every encounter is seamless and filled with love and understanding.
Danielle Dryer, Bookkeeper
“Having and raising my children has been my dream come true, and it means so much to me that I am affiliated with an organization whose mission is to help others make their dreams come true.”
Danielle is the Family Creations bookkeeper and handles the recording of all financial transactions for all branches of the program.
Danielle was born and raised in Southern California and is married with two beautiful children. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and she holds her Bachelor Degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting.
Monica Goldsmith, Egg Donor Case Manager

As an Egg Donor Case Manager, Monica guides donors and intended parents through the whole egg donation process. Having many friends who struggle with infertility inspired me to become a surrogate. It was the most rewarding experience, and I was honored to be part of bringing a life into this world for my intended father. With that experience it influenced me to pursue a career in fertility, and I am happy to be part of the Family Creations team.
Monica was born and raised in San Diego and is happily married with four children. She earned two degrees and a certificate from Palomar College.
She looks forward to helping families fulfill their dream of parenthood.
Jayde Greenfield, Records Coordinator

Jayde was born in South Dakota and raised in Central Iowa. She currently resides in Des Moines, Iowa with her fiancé and three bonus children. After many years working in the mortgage industry, Jayde desired to pursue a career helping families experiencing infertility, which is something near and dear to her heart. As the Medical Records Coordinator, she is proud to be a part of an organization touching so many lives and giving the wonderful gift of children.
