Family Creations is the first agency in the country to offer specialized packages to fit our client’s individual needs. Below are the available options:
 
ANONYMOUS EGG DONATION PACKAGE
 

This option is for recipients who wish to remain completely anonymous.  No identifying information will be exchanged between recipient parent(s) and egg donor, and there is no contact between the two parties.  For many recipient parent(s) confidentiality is a major concern and if that is the case, then an anonymous egg donor arrangement is going to most fitting.  Family Creations has years of experience facilitating anonymous egg donation arrangements and maintaining the confidential nature of the process is our priority.

 
- Please note that every donor within Family Creations Program is open to donating anonymously.

SEMI-OPEN EGG DONATION PACKAGE
 
- This option is for recipients who wish to have a more personal connection with their egg donor without identifying information being exchanged. If this package is your preference, please take notice of any potential donor’s preference for level of contact. You will want to select a donor who is comfortable with a semi-open egg donation cycle.
 
This package includes one or more of the following:
   
Anonymous conference call between egg donor and recipient facilitated by Family Creations.
Meeting between recipient and egg donor in Family Creations office and facilitated by our staff. (No identifying information will be exchanged during the meeting.)
Family Creations will facilitate (but not attend) a meeting with recipient and egg donor in a location convenient for both parties.
Anonymous Skype call arranged by Family Creations between recipient and egg donor.
   
 
This package also includes a CD-ROM with the donor’s complete profile and photos.

OPEN EGG DONATION PACKAGE
 
This option is for clients who wish to have an open, perhaps ongoing relationship with their egg donor. This package is also appropriate for clients who wish to provide offspring with their donor’s identifying information in the future. If this package is your preference, please take notice of any potential donor’s preference for level of contact. You will want to select a donor who is comfortable with an open egg donation cycle.
 
The following is the matching process for clients who wish to engage in an open egg donation arrangement:
   
Recipients will create a profile (similar to the profile that donors create).
Family Creations will share recipient’s profile (including photos of recipient) with the donor of interest. If the egg donor is interested in exploring the match further, then the initial payment of $1,500 will be due to reserve the prospective egg donor.
   
 
This package includes one or more of the following:
   
Conference call between egg donor and recipient facilitated by Family Creations.
Meeting between recipient and egg donor in Family Creations office and facilitated by our staff.
Family Creations will facilitate (but not attend) a meeting with recipient and egg donor in a location convenient for both parties.
Skype call arranged by Family Creations between recipient and egg donor.
   
 
Following one or more of the above “match meetings”, (and within 2 weeks of reserving the egg donor) if both parties agree to move forward, then the agency agreements and the next payment must be made. At that time, Family Creations will begin facilitating the process. Please note that for open egg donation arrangements, both recipient and egg donor must agree to the match.
 
*At the time of the match, recipient(s) will be required to meet or speak with a counselor for one session to discuss the process of entering into an open donation arrangement. Cost for this counseling session is not included in the administration fee and is paid separately. (Typical cost is approximately $350)
 
This package also includes the following:
   
CD-ROM with the donor’s complete profile and photos.
Your egg donor will write a letter to your future child(ren) that you can choose to share if or when you deem appropriate.
