that, as prospective parents, you’ve probably
spent a great deal of money in trying to create your
family. And we also recognize that we are just one alternative
that you’ve considered in making your dream come
true. With that in mind, Family Creations has established
our fees at the lowest possible levels, while maintaining
the highest levels of professional service and care.
Family Creations realizes that some donors will apply
with several egg donor agencies in hopes of finding a speedy
match. If you find a Family
Creations donor with whom you would like to work and she is also available with
another agency, Family Creations will not only match
that agency's price, but will beat it. We will provide
you with professional, exceptional care and attention
as we guide you through the donation experience. That
is our pledge to you.
The following are the approximate fees and costs associated
with selecting an egg donor through Family Creations. Registration to view donor profiles online is completely free, and no funds are due until a donor candidate is identified.
Family Creations Administration Fee – $ 6,000.00
 This fee is payable as follows:
Payment One: $500 to reserve selected donor for two weeks
Payment Two: $2,500 due within two weeks of reserving egg donor
Payment Three: $3,000 due upon execution of legal agreement between recipient parent(s) and
egg donor
*Administration fees are non-refundable. If donor is placed on hold with $500 deposit and recipient decides not to proceed with reserved donor, $500 may
apply towards administration fee for any available donor within Family Creation’s program at any time in the future.

Psychological
Evaluation for Donor $350.00
Genetic Consultation for Donor $220.00
Donor Accident Insurance Policy $245.00
Donor’s Compensation $7,000.00*
Donor Expenses (travel, mileage, legal fees, etc.)$600 – $5,500**
*First time donors receive a starting compensation of $7,000. This fee increases by $500 for each subsequent donation. We do not allow donors to donate more than 6 times as recommended by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
**The cost of donor expenses varies depending on the donor’s location relative to the fertility center.
We at Family Creations want all clients to be well informed about what to expect financially before beginning the process. Below are additional expenses to anticipate.
Fees Paid Directly to Other Service Providers (these fees are approximate)
Recipient’s attorney’s fees and charges – Approximately $650-$1,000
If applicable, medical monitoring for non-local donors – Approximately $600-$1,500
Medication for cycle – Consult with physician’s office or pharmacy for breakdown
Medical screening and procedures – Consult with physician’s office for breakdown
*Please note that Family Creations, LLC follows the guidelines set by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology in their compensation to donors. Egg donors are never to receive compensation above $10,000 as recommended in their guidelines.

Please note that a 3% processing fee will apply for client account expenses paid by credit card. Processing fees will not apply to amounts being paid towards administration fee. |

Family Creations and for deposit into the Family
Creations Client Account must be payable by cash,
cashier’s
check, personal check, or credit card (payable in US funds).
